She was born in 1982 and graduated from Başkent University Faculty of Law. She completed European Human Rights Training Program, Ankara Bar Association Language Center Professional English Certificate Program, Ankara Bar Association Law Academy Training for the Improvement of Skills in Translating English Legal Documents Certificate Program. She has the certificates for the said programs. She has good command of English.
