He was born in 1985 and graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Law. He wrote a thesis on evidence procurement in term 2008-2009, on Examination of Cooperative General Assembly Resolutions in terms of Application in term 2–09-2010 and has a Disabled Law Certificate. He knows English.
